Clay County Recreational Park

No Fee. Open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Description: This beach area, open April through October, has a small sandy beach and swimming area. Visitors will find a playground, pavilion, ballpark, and bathroom facilities.

Jackrabbit Recreational Area

Off HWY 175 Hayesville, NC

Parking Fee.

Description: Jackrabbit, a US Forest Service facility, is open seasonally. Non-campers may swim for a small fee. Bathrooms and drinking water are available.

Towns County Park

Off of US Hwy. 76, Hiawassee, GA, near GA Mountain Fairgrounds

Free, limited parking.

Description: This beach and playground area also features a pavilion area and restrooms.
