Come enjoy the lakeside lifestyle in the Blue Ridge Mountains 

Spend the day on beautiful Lake Chatuge fishing, boating, tubing or just admiring the majestic mountains and prestine lake. At the end of a fun filled day on the lake pull your boat into your private covered boat slip or pull it out of the lake at the boat ramp and then stroll to the spacious luxury lakeside condo - Hawks Nest.

This 3 bedroom lakefront condo has warm natural wood floors, floor to ceiling stacked stone gas log fireplace, silestone countertops, wet bar and many other extras. On the main level is a greatroom with stacked stone fireplace, wet bar, dining area and extra large kitchen with a large silestone topped island for additional seating.

The huge, fully equiped kitchen with all stainless appliances makes eating in a pleasure. But make sure you try some of the good old homemade mountain cooking while you are here. For those with gourmet tastes you may want to try The Old Hiawassee Grill or The Chop Shop. Kickback, relax and recharge on the large balcony on the main floor which offers spectacular views of Lake Chatuge and the surrounding mountains. Step through the glass sliding doors and enjoy the morning paper and a fresh cup of coffee from the large balcony.  

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom is truly special, from its private balcony overlooking the lake to its fireplace. The master bath has duel sinks, jetted tub and large shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2 other bedrooms have queen size beds also. For additional sleeping arrangements there is a sofa pull out bed on the lower level.    

Down stairs is a playroom with a sofa pull out bed, full bathroom and a large 2 car garage.

With breathtaking views of Lake Chatuge, a  pavilion with a large stacked stone outdoor fireplace, 2 grills, an oven and a cooktop is yours to enjoy. Ideal for that perfect family cookout on the lake. Whether its brauts, burgers, hotdogs or maybe some suateed shrimp, you and your family can spend some quality time on the lake at the pavilion.

For the golfers in your family, there are 4 beautiful mountain golf courses within a short distance, and for hikers the Appalachain Trail traverses through the area. For outdoor adventures, there is boating, whitewater rafting, fishing, skiing, tubing, or just enjoying a relaxing, beautiful sunset.
