The creek here is definitely the main attraction. Picture a loud, up close and personal flowing creek right outside your back door. Now imagine sitting back and relaxing on the screened-in back porch reading your favorite book while listening and watching the majestic water move across the rocks. Leaving the back porch will be hard to do once you get here because the soothing creek is just heaven.

This cozy and simple cabin is has a unique style by mixing the “old” with the “new.” It has a rustic Mountain look and feel with a mixture of newer accommodations for a better living style. Mountain Rest has an open floor plan with plenty of light shining throughout. The sky light windows really add that feeling of a bright and airy home. It has a floor to ceiling stone fire place for those cold nights when you want to cozy up and get warm. Mountain Rest Cabin is quaint with its’ two bed and one bath availability, but makes it a perfect stay for 2 or 4. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom for easy access. The great room has a fully-functioning kitchen, a living area with a TV beside the fireplace, and a dining table which seats four.

The sounds of the regal creek are heard throughout the entire house. Falling asleep will unquestionably be something you look forward to. Open up the bedroom window and fall asleep listening to the enchanting sounds of the creek moving alongside the house. Falling asleep to that is not only ideal, but pure “heaven” as well.
