The house accommodates 6 guests and there is ample room for all with 3 bedrooms and 2 and ½ baths. The large open kitchen on this level features rich wood cabinetry, state of the arts appliances and everything you’ll need to cater to a hungry crowd.  Conveniently located just off the kitchen is dining room where everyone can enjoy a family meal while sitting around the formal dining table which comfortably seats 6.

The master suite adds so much character and charm to this already exceptionable lovely home. After enjoying a nice quiet and tranquil bubble bath in the marble tub, you can go relax in the king sized bed and enjoy the ambiance from the large, floor to ceiling stone fireplace.  Afterwards, you can head out onto the back deck and enjoy a glass of wine on the porch swing while admiring the peaceful serenity from the surrounding mountains.

The living room is the heart of Humming Bird Acres and caters to conversation and interaction, as well as entertainment with a large flat screen TV.  Central to this space is a gas log fireplace that stretches all the way to the peak of the cathedral ceiling with raised hearth and plenty of comfortable seating all around. Here you’ll find that the living room is the perfect place to enjoy your time with the whole family.

If you’re a part of motorcycle groups and you love those long country bike rides, then you’ll be glad to know that this home was built with that in mind. The location of the home is the first giveaway being right in the middle of 4 towns with nothing but paved roads surrounding it. Also, the driveway is leveled and paved for that easy access of coming and going. 

This mountain home was built to accommodate multiple leisure’s and hobbies. The house is located only minutes away from nearby towns and cities, as well as North Carolina. It embraces family gatherings, motorcycle groups, and adventurers of all kinds. You’ll also enjoy being only half a mile from the Crane Creek Winery and the Lapidary School of Arts. This home puts you and your family right in the middle of plenty of attractions, sight-seeing adventures, and the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.  

Area Attractions: Here you are only minutes away from everything. There is shopping, entertainment, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from; whith everthing from Italian Cuisine to Mexican, and anything from Asian to good Ol' BBQ, and you'll have to try the new restaurant The Chop House. For the golfers in your family, there are 4 beautiful mountain golf courses within 10-15 miles form where you are. For the hikers, the Appalachian Trail traverses through the are as well. Brasstown Bald, the highest peak in Georgia, is in Blairsville about 8 miles away. For outdoor adventures, there is boating, whitewater rafting, fishing, skiing, tubing at Lake Chatuge, or exploring the many cascading waterfalls within a short distance. In Hiawassee only 8 miles away, your family and enjoy laser tag at Fun World or attend one of the popular events at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds - from the Hiawassee Festival of Arts to the Georgia Mountain Roots & Music Festival. Also enjoy tasting the local vineyards, especially Crane Creek Vineyards a little over 1 mile away.
